Product Marketing Strategis During the Pandemic

A business organization (company) can grow and develop if it adheres to the concept of effectiveness and productivity in carrying out its business activities. There is no denying that setting up a business organization is the best way to make a profit.

Product Marketing Strategis During the Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the right business strategy to market products can be done through social media with a wide marketing reach. Here are some effective marketing strategies during the pandemic like this:

1. Content Marketing

Everyone at least consumes content on social media every day, by doing content marketing on social media we can market products with a minimum budget but maximum results. But how can the content we create attract readers/viewers to turn it into buyers of our products? The answer is you should use soft-selling techniques in your content.

Therefore, when someone reads/views your content, it's as if they're not being offered a product. Therefore, if you use this product marketing strategy, you should also be good at telling stories about creating content as interesting as possible that makes consumers interested in buying the products we offer.

2. Customer Review

By utilizing customer reviews you can use what consumers have said about your product that meets expectations and promote their opinions.

Especially if you also use marketplace channels, this will help you. Other people's opinions about your product will make it easier for others to decide whether to buy your product/not.

In this product marketing strategy, you don't need a lot of money, because you just have to listen to the opinions of existing consumers. This strategy may not be suitable for those just starting from scratch, but if the business has been running long enough, you can use it right away.

3. Affiliate Program

That is, by making referrals to the program. A referral program is where your product is promoted by someone, and that person gets a commission from every sale that happens through him or her.

When you open this affiliate program, usually YouTube creators, bloggers, or employees will help promote your product, and the more they direct people to buy your product, the more profitable it will be for them.

This product marketing strategy can be a win-win solution where you can get help in promoting the promotion of the product you are currently running.

4. Social Media Contests

Product marketing is arguably almost free at all, as long as you already have a decent base of followers, namely social media contests. Here you prepare a bonus or discount of your product with some conditions for those who want it. Let's say you sell t-shirts, and you can discount your T-shirts or even giveaway one of your products.

But the condition is if anyone wants, must follow your IG account first, then repost, then tag another, and so forth. The winner's decision is yours. The key is that you extend your promotion through your followers.

This product marketing strategy will be very effective in increasing the number of people who know your brand. The more you spread, the greater your chances of getting a buyer.
